Love the atmosphere, Rachel our server is awesome. The menu is very extensive, which is nice....not just a burger joint. But surprise the Burgers are spectacular, along with everything thing else I have tried. I made it on a Friday night and loaded up on the All You Can Eat Catfish.... nuggets of deliciousness. The homemade tarter sauce is perfect. Okay the ending is this....save room for dessert, period. Just do it. The pie and cakes are very good. Thanks Windy

I heard the old cook was back! I had to go give it one more shot and so thankful I did! My steak was prefect! food was made fast and staff was working together very well! My favorite cook was back smiling and very happy I ordered my steak! A little disappointed the other cook still had a job but tonight she was happy and not yelling. I guess one person can make or break a restaurant and the cook sure does make this one! If she ever leaves Im backing my bags and joining her!
Stopped on our way to Alabama from Alaska. Was told to sit anywhere. Super cute cafe. A couple people came in, 3 different tables and were served immediately as we still sat and waited. We finally just left. The waitress came out and apologized, which was nice of her but we were over it and left. That was our welcome back to Texas ... im sure the food is good. The people that came in were all regulars and were called by their names. Seems to be a spot for the locals.
I had the chicken fried steak special and my wife had the 66 Burger. Really good food! Trudy, and all of the staff, are as friendly as they can be. Drivers, don't miss out, there is truck parking!
